- Appointments are scheduled with the correct amount of time needed to complete your service and with great respect of your time so that you nor the patron after you have to wait to be serviced. Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you are going to be more than 15 min. late please call the salon at 330-338-1373 to see if your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
- Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of the service will be assessed a $20 fee. Often times there are clients on a waitlist and as a courtesy to their schedules we would like enough time to get them into your spot if you are unable to make your appointment.
- The second non cancelled/no-show appointment will be assessed a fee in the amount of the serviced booked.
- The third non-cancelled appointment will require a deposit for future appointments.
- Children are NOT permitted in the salon unless being serviced. Please reschedule your appointment so other clients can enjoy their peaceful salon experience.
- If you are sick with a cold or flu please reschedule your appointment.
