Salon Policies

~Consultation- A consultation is required for any permanent cosmetic tattooing or hair color treatment. The consultation fee is non-refundable. The fee will be applied to the total cost of service. Appointments should be rescheduled/ or canceled within 48 hours to keep the deposit.
~Appointments not canceled within 24 hours of service will receive a fee of $25 or more based on the cost of service.
~There is a 10 min. grace period if you will be late. Please call to inform us of this so we can make proper arrangements. After 15 min. your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and subject to cancelation fees.
~All deposits and consultation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds are given after services are performed.
~Appointment cancellations are only accepted 2 ways via our online scheduling platform or by calling the salon. You will receive a cancelation notice if you do not receive this your appointment has not been canceled.
